Partnership offers more space to serviced office tenants in Portchester
A new partnership with Space Maker has provided cost-effective storage facilities for serviced office tenants in Portchester.
Portchester Business Centre in Castle Street has made an agreement with the national self-storage provider that will give preferential rates to tenants that use the Portsmouth store.
Space Maker is also offering Portchester’s tenants its price guarantee by offering to beat any comparable self storage quote, obtained within a five mile radius of its store, by 10% for the first eight weeks of storage and then match it thereafter.
